Who we are?
We are company located in Argentina dedicated to manufacture of plastic toy soldiers, factory hand painted.

Which are the DSG products?
We have some of the original Britains Deetail and Britains Herald moulds, sent to Argentina in the eighties, so we are the only in the world actually that make some of the Britains deetails and Britains herald line, like French Foreign Legion, Afrika Korps, 8th army, Arabs, 7th. cavalry, Royal Guards, etc.
We have too our own line of figures, DSG Deetails, made from our own molds, for the moment we have Napoleonic cavalry and Napoleonic Infantry, Vikings, Romans and Medieval Warriors and vehicles like Wagons and cover wagons and a stagecoach.

Who could to buy our products directly with Us?
We only sell to dealers/resellers who meet some basic requirements:
- Must to have an actual business, i.e. your own store, distributorship or website. Ebay sellers only
doesn't qualify.
- Must to be prepared to make purchases of around, please ask, minimum per order, please note that smaller orders won't be attended.
- Must to be prepared to make full payment prior to shipment with the payment methods accepted.
- Must to be prepared to conduct business by the Internet only (we will not use faxes or phone for routine contact)

How to buy with Us ?
If you meet the requirements and want to buy with Us, you must to send an e-mail to Us indicating:
- Your name
- Your business name (only the first time)
- A description of your business (only the first time)
- Your shipping address including a phone number.
- CODE of the sets that you want
- NAME of the sets (optative)
- Quantity of each set
- Payment method selected
After received this e-mail, if you are aprobed for to buy from Us, we will send an orderform with the total to pay including shipping & handling and the information that you need according to the payment method selected. If not you will be redirected to some of our distributors
The order will be shipped always AFTER received the payment.

- Your name
- Your business name (only the first time)

- Your shipping address
After that, if you meet the requirements, We will send the link for download our Price list. |

Which are the payment methods accepted?
These are the possibilities for payment:
Payment Methods, you can |
| Transfer the money using Western Union Money Transfer Services or using Money Gram. |
| International Money Orders or Cashier Checks sent only by registered mail. |
| Wire Transfer using an intermediary bank located in USA or England (minimum amount for this method: US $ 800.00) |
| Credit Transfer to my bank located in Argentina (minimum amount for this method: US $ 3000) |
| Paypal IS NOT AVAILABLE for the moment |
In all the cases if the total quantity is more than US $5000 should be divided in 2 parts.

Which are the shipping methods available
At this time we only shipp the items by private courier (FEDEX).

I made the payment, when I receive my products?
After we have the payment in hand, usually
we dispatch in a week, but it can be more time depending on the quantity in stock. After that the delivery time according to the courier is of 3 or 4 days depending of your location
If you want shipping by another way like Federal Express, UPS or DHL you must to indicate this in your first mail.
